Needs more experience in trouble shooting and communicating with customers. I had to call an experienced company to repair and now it's fixed!
James was very helpful, easygoing, kind, knowledgeable and fast. He seems to genuinely care most about helping/safety and I plan to stick with them as our go-to HVAC ❤️
I needed a new furnace to close the deal on the house. He was there in a couple days with a brand new furnace. Great price. Would use again.
James was very professional, polite, and on-time. Removed old furnace and installed a new furnace. Removed water tank and later reinstalled it. Did AC maintenance on our old Trane AC. The furnace install and water-heater install were done very neat and timely. He also did a thorough job on the AC maintenance, but since it was done in the cold weather, to be fair we have not tried the AC since the maintenance, but I do not expect there to be any issues.
