Contacted this company on a monday due to having issues with our heater. They came out, the technician looked at the heater for about 10 min max and told me " illl be nack later today or tommorrow i was sent with the wrong part number" i told him if it works better he can come the following day bc i had to leave town. Tuesday came and they didn't show up, we called to ask why and they said the part had not come in and asked us to call them to check on it Wednesday. The tech was extremely helpful. Had a new furnace installed in 24 hours when we found a cracked heat exchanger.

Had new AC unit installed by these folks 2 years ago. Had to have them back 4x in 2 years..They had to add freon everytime but said there were no leaks..Of which I was charged for.. Each time it only cooled for 2 weeks then just blew warm air. They came back..Checked for leaks ,said they found none. Then it.quit working again. Decided to call another company. The new company found many leaks of which they showed me. I was shocked.. I had to buy another new AC unit from new company costing 7k. Please do your research.
