Just went to hy qual for a mower fix, we had snapped the wheel bolt on our Honda - they fixed it up for us in all of 5 minutes for next to no cost. Can't recommend them enough!!
Third time ordering a part for my bushranger cylinder mower, the part they supply is a flimsy 3d piece, it's broken 3 times, when I spoke to a gentleman on the phone for the trid time ordering a new part he said that they would cover the cost of the part. Went in to collect the part and this haddnt been mention to anyone. Not fair in anyway as this part had once again broken in the same exact place that the others have.
Friendly and helpful staff. If busy be prepared to wait weeks for your repairs to be ready. Costly to have repairs done.
We were charged $40 for a quote to assess our mower, but received no formal quote and were given conflicting explanations— that the mower had seized or that it couldn’t be accessed and parts were unavailable. There was no clear diagnosis or breakdown of what we were actually being charged for. Communication was poor, and the front desk staff appeared unsure and unable to provide clear information. Overall, the experience was disorganised and frustrating. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
Can’t speak more highly of these guys. My husband has had a bad 3 weeks with Bunnings about a new blade. These guys had what we needed and fixed it on the spot. If only we knew sooner to come here. Can’t thank you enough. Now we can mow the giant 3 week growth 😀
