Poor Customer Service Hy & Mike's is one of my favorite places to do business with. However, today an older lady was working today. She acted like I was not that importaint and reluctant to help me. I instantly got the feeling I was not welcomed.

We went in looking for a inexpensive amp for our daughter. They had many to choose from. One of the young ladies went to the back and brought out two. We felt like we got a super deal. We are so happy. The staff where understanding and out of there way helpful. the staff was super respectfully of my service dog(street dog).Thank you.

I have Bought and sold many Items from the Layton store and the people there have been the up most kind caring, Friendly and most of all fair with everyone I have seen in the the Layton shop, I feel like family when I enter the store always greeted with a friendly hello,I would give them 10 stars for service and friendliness they totally rock I would recommend them to anyone and have never had any issues and have seen they go out of their way to provide great service to every one
They have always been totally awesome to me I have bought and sold may Items and have always been treated with the up most respect the entire staff are supper friendly fair and honest I have seen them go way out of their way to help their customers any way they can !!! they totally rock !!!
