This is the worst customer service I have experienced in all my years of being a residential window and door contractor, I have been in the retro fit replacement window business for over 35 years, I've explained to them I need straight not crooked bent trim pieces to cover over installation screws and I spent $1,500 on this one window, customer is not happy, he mentioned he expects the screw holes to be covered, I need to get paid for the install, I need (4) straight trim pieces, after 3 times they keep sending crooked trim ... read more
Bought one from lowes which I haven't installed yet but it looks beautiful and a second for our stairwell which us installed and looks beautiful as well. Zero issues.
*BEWARE* that the Hy-Lite fixed acrylic block windows now have a light blue tint to them! This was acknowledged by a customer service representative that said they were using a new vendor for the blocks. SO disappointed in the window that we just installed in our new home construction. We were expecting clear blocks as we had in the past from Hy-Lite. Even from the outside you can see the tint and how it differs from our other exterior windows.
