Purchased Hi-Clor 7 in 1 Tester from Bunnings. Rubbish product. Readings are inaccurate and on many occasions 100% incorrect. Offered troubleshooting by Customer Service Hi-Clor however had to purchase TDS powder calibrating product. PH never accurate and product obviously faulty. Unfortunately lost receipt and Bunnings refused to take back. Offered to send back directly to Hi-Clor however not interested and insisted I pay for postage. I suspect they are aware of issues with this product.
There customer service is very Good had an issue with my robot they didn’t muck around tried to troubleshoot didn’t work they gave me a new one I with no hassle highly recommend Hy-clor. There robots are one of the best on the market
Had an issue with a connector , well it was no problem . The staff had it sorted and can I say they were super friendly and extremely helpful . Highly recommend . Great service
If you feel like throwing $50 dollar notes into your pool for no result go with Hyclor. Rubbish app and terrible advice.
