I talk to francisco he helped with getting handles. Very nice and fast. I will receive my handles in 2 weeks. The pans are perfect bought them back in 2004. The handles are thr only one needed to replace.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE. I spoke to ERNESTO and he was rude and not cut out for customer service. Couldn’t provide me with bare minimum information about my warranty without an attitude and smart remarks. Please train your team! Disappointing!
