Company started out as a nice place to work but as they have grown they have gotten really shotty. They do not listen to employees who have legitimate concerns, continually push important decisions down the road and giving a chocolate bar, that costs more to ship than it does to make, as a Christmas bonus is a joke. The owner of this company has continued to expand it's contracts, revenue and self enrichment while continuously cutting away things that the ACTUAL employees should be getting.
HX5 is a great company to work for, good benefits, pay, and opportunities. Sounds pretty bland, but believe me they’re a good company to work for.
