I can not say enough good things about Hwy 97 Transmissions. Both Darren and Craig were amazing to deal with. They replaced my torque converter after my mechanic recommended I take my truck to Hwy 97. From initial call to completion of work was professional and fair. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.
Wow, these guys are great. I've been having troubles with the transmission on my 2017 escape. Occasionally it would hesitate then slam into reverse. I've had it into two different Ford dealerships. Both times being told it fixed. It wasn't, the third time at the same dealership as the second, I was told they would need about 2 grand just to properly diagnose the problem. The fix would be on top of that. Instead I talked with I spoke with Craig at Hwy 97 Transmission. They took just a couple of hours to diagnose the problem. ... read more
I tried phoning multiple times. They put you on hold and hang up on you or the other times I called they just say “I don’t work on those” and hang up on you. They are rude on the phone and have horrible customer service. I would give them negative stars if possible.
