I was talking with my wife about how all of the burger joints have lost their appeal in taste. The burgers do not taste like before. So I said to her I have always heard about Highway 55, lets try it. Awwwo maan!!! The pattys alone were beefedup, not wimpt thin . The buns were soft and tasty, not dryand stale. Food was decent but my daughter loved her little car meal. Was on my drive back to Corsicana. Would come again
It was just ok, very basic with no frills. The burgers lack any flavor or seasoning. The fries are just frozen from a bag with no seasoning. Very underwhelming & not a place I’ll be craving to return too. Overall disappointed. We do want to try the custard some time, hopefully that will be their saving grace. 😕I mean if Mooyah couldn’t make it here & they were amazing!!!, I’m not sure if this place will stick around either. And my prediction was correct. They closed May 2024.
