This is the third time I have come to this place and have felt rushed out of there. The food is great, but there is this server that I had and she was not very friendly making me feel very rushed; And it’s the same girl, I’ve been here before and had someone else and they were very sweet. I was not even halfway through my burger when she told me she was dropping off the bill because she had to go, and proceeded to stay another 20-30 mins. The server didn’t listen to my fudging order. It came out late.
Best American Food... We especially enjoy the full size Cheesesteak & Fries or Tots! Easy going, but fast service. Quiet atmosphere with background music.
I came in with three of my boys and stood in the second line. Several people came to that cash register and they never acknowledged us so we got out of the second line and got to the back of the first line and as soon as we stepped out of line. There was a lady she came off the cash register to help the lady at the second cash register. No one acknowledged us. No one asked us for any help.Unfortunately I heard these stories but today i experienced it myself.
