The food was great and Jamie our waitress was amazing as well.
Sadly racism still exists in this country. These young ladies lacked customer service. They missed some items in my order so I waited in the drive through they clearly saw me one girl pointed at me and laughed with her coworker. I don’t like pulling the race card but I was clearly being treated differently than other customers who were white. I wanted to record so I can publish but I’m not going to take it that far. Hope these people get better training
Went through the drive-thru, I purchased 2 #18's, and a carolina burger meal. The food took forever to come out. And the order was wrong. Sent the food back in and it still wasn't right. Sent it back a third time and the food was still wrong. I figured they just didn't want me to have what I paid for. I have never dealt with such incompetence. How hard is it to not put slaw on hotdogs that wasn't on the order or to just put ketchup and mustard on a kids hotdog. Worst experience ever. I was on the drive-thru waiting for over ... read more
