Just left the drive through and received soda water though what I ordered was a large doctor pepper and large mountain dew so I turned around to go back through the drive through and you're employees blocked the drive through and then proceeded to ignore me and my friend when trying to have them fix the issue. These drinks were too expensive to be treated this way and to be ignored. I understand they're ready to go home but this is absolutely unacceptable customer service.
Amazing food.
I came in tonight to grab some dinner and overheard a cook trash talking another employee. Using profanity and had the worst attitude. And not in a joking way! This is the second time I have seen this particular young man there and unfortunately the second time I have heard him using foul language and with a nasty attitude. Very unprofessional of this establishment. Not very "family friendly". Kudos to the rest of the staff who were working hard with good attitudes and smiling through his negativity!
