I gave two stars only because it is well organized. We arrived before closing however it was 3:48,....we traveled over half an hour only to be told they were closed already.... Posting hours say til 4pm however they will refuse service if u arrive later than 3:45!! Even three minutes after! Customer service is not terrible however no empathy or understanding is expressed at all... Just cut and dry , u were 3 min late so oh well......good way to lose customers. I do not recommend this scrap yard.

Unethical Business Practices - Be Cautious My mother's vehicle was stolen on July 10th and sold to this scrapyard the very same day. The theft was reported to the sheriff's office on July 11th and entered into the stolen vehicle system on July 12th. Despite this, the scrapyard accepted the vehicle without proper verification of ownership. They relied on an affidavit from the seller that was not notarized — which fails to meet Louisiana's legal requirements for vehicle transactions of this kind.
