Excellent caring Vet and staff. The kindness shown to us is everything. Im looking after Jacques and this is his usual vet and I would definitely recommend them.
They have been great. Caring staff and fair pricing, Always try to fit us in on short request when they can.
The vet is wonderful but it's the team as a whole that makes them so great. The receptionist is always friendly. She is so knowledgable and goes above and beyond. The rest of the staff are patient, kind, and professional. They treat your animal as if it was their own. They take the time to care for your animal and make sure they get the level of care they would want for their own pet. I cannot say enough good things about them. Best vet ever!
I have a rescued dog that I’m fostering whom I found him an adopter finally in Vancouver, he has to fly but the airline needs the DR to specify what is the breed mixed with as the Dr wrote down he is a mixed breed without specifics. The dr who wrote down this is on vacation and His receptionist is rude and has zero empathy towards this poor dog that has a last chance to find a family after almost two years looking for a good family to adopt him.
