I was recommended to Hwy 238 from my neighbor. I called initially and spoke to Jana. She gave me an estimated time that they would get to my car. I was ok with that and brought my car in. I didn't have a ride home so they brought me home. They called and texted frequently to keep me updated. They advised me of the service that needed to be done and awaited my response before starting the work. They gave me a detailed estimate including labor. First off, Five stars is not enough to rank this mechanic shop! I don’t write a whole lot of reviews. The only time I do is what I’m completely impressed and they go above and beyond the call of duty. That’s exactly what Cliff and Janna and everyone else it 238 auto did for me. I have an extended warranty on my 2013 F150. The warranty companies are a pain in the A$$ To work with.( if you know, you know).
