Cliff, Jana, and team are the best auto repair service I've used in town or anywhere else. They're not only local, their name and reputation mean everything to them. You can see it in their work and how they treat their customers. The most surprising thing was what got me to use them in the first place. The manager of a franchise auto repair center in town sent me there after 5 attempts to do the warranty repair himself. Cliff and Janna were a pleasure to work with. Communicative, speedy service, quality work, and very reasonably priced.
I needed quite a bit of work. The process was super smooth. They communicated well, and were always informative and friendly. I was able to see the process online, along with photos and estimates. You can approve or decline work online and also pay your invoice. Side note: I heard some noises after pickup and they immediately took my car back in to find the issue. I was very pleased with my experience. Cliff and Janna were wonderful. I will definitely be using them for all my future needs.
