I needed a storage unit for a few months while moving back from out of state and would highly recommend. The storage unit itself was large and very clean. As a single woman, I always felt safe whenever I was on the premises. If was quick and easy to rent and just as easy to move out. I have already told friends and family if they need storage, Hwy 164 Storage is the place to go.

0 stars. When my unit was broken into, the owners blamed me instead of their lack of security measures. They promised me they’d have a new unit ready for me instead of the one that was broken into. Never called me back until I moved out. Now they’re saying I damaged the units, which I have not. Would never recommend this establishment to anybody.

My wife and I had a storage unit with Highway 164 Storage for 2 years while we downsized our living situation. This was a super convenient location for us being off of Highway 164 (near I-43 in Big Bend), and was easy to stop at when we needed to drop things off to store, or pick things up to take back to the apartment. Would definitely recommend!

I had high regard for this business until it was time to vacate my unit. I prepaid for my unit and things changed and I needed to vacate early. I talked with Brad and he was agreeable to a refund and was very accommodating, at first. Then, he avoided my calls and never followed through with the arrangements he made to refund me. He was very misleading and just wasted time I didn't have. Karma.....
