This is our 2nd time to have HWH working on our hydraulic issues. The 1st time was to work on the control box. We traveled from Tennessee (640 miles) we were extremely impressed. They have Rv spots on site to stay there. They had it fixed in just a few hours at an extremely reasonable costs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.. The 2nd trip was for a cylinder leak in our bedroom slide. To order the part would be 6 weeks plus cost of installation plus cost of part. We decided to travel there again. Took my RV to HWH to have the levelers checked , hooked up next to a man from Texas ,he mentioned how nice the staff was and he was right. I developed a leak from something underneath the rv and the technician fixed it at no charge! I will make the tripe to Moscow IA again, very nice people . Thank u HWH
