Amazing place! I take their 7pm boxing bootcamp almost every day and it is a lot of fun. All the employees/coaches are welcoming and nice. They support each other and treat everyone like family. They always boost my motivation to keep coming every day!

Great gym with a variety of skilled and experienced coaches. Whether it’s bootcamp, cardio boxing or kids boxing, they train to empower and help you reach your fitness goals. Entire family can be involved since prices are affordable and class schedules are convenient. The owners and coaches are very passionate about the sport. Always attentive and ready to personalize your experience.

You’ll definitely get a work out here! Group classes are fun and effective. The coaches are cool and every class is different. I like that it doesn’t get boring and I appreciate that they give you modifications if you can’t do a certain exercise. They have AM and PM classes and there’s always parking.
