This location is a drive for me, but it's the only one of the HWD locations that currently offers boxing mid-day (Tuesdays and Thursdays). A noon workout that gives me a perfect break in the day, much less traffic at that time, a clean gym to work out in, and a trainer that always gives us an incredible workout. I come to this class for boxing and Manny's class sure delivers! Music is always on point.
Very professional trainers!! Big thank you to the hwd family for helping me meet my goals. They are motivational, helpful and kind. Definitely would highly recommend!!!!
You’ll definitely get a work out here! Group classes are fun and effective. The coaches are cool and every class is different. I like that it doesn’t get boring and I appreciate that they give you modifications if you can’t do a certain exercise. They have AM and PM classes and there’s always parking.
Recently visited, I’m not a regular member, I live out of the area, dropped in for a workout, awesome workouts, trainers were amazing. Definitely going back and highly recommend if you are in the area
I have been going to this place for more than two years. The coaches here are beyond awesome and always motivated. Each Coach owns their unique styles of teaching, and I greatly appreciate them all. They always push us to the extend where we reach our climaxes. I always feel fulfilled after each workout. It’s worthwhile to commute about 40 minute of driving daily. Members here are friendly and caring. I feel like this is my second family to go to almost everyday.
