My pickup was scheduled at HWC with a 1:00 PM appointment. I arrived early and checked in at 8:45 AM. The staff informed me that the load wasn’t ready yet, so I waited for their call. About 45 minutes later, they called me, and by 9:40 AM I was already in the door. They started loading right away and worked very fast. All the staff were kind and respectful toward the driver. Thank you to the owner of this company and all the workers for the smooth and professional experience
