I recently called a phone repair shop to ask about getting my Samsung S21 Ultra repaired, but the experience was less than satisfactory. It was very difficult to hear the representative clearly due to loud background conversations, and I was surprised to be told that they do not repair Samsung S21 Ultra devices. Additionally, the customer service I received was quite poor, which left a negative impression.
