Great experience filing my taxes here today. The accountant was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and provided excellent service. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

這是一次非常糟糕且令人失望的體驗。 接待我的工作人員全程表現出明顯的不專業： 手機不離手地全程刷著手機， 還一邊與隔桌同事大聲討論私人話題（甚至涉及家庭私事）， 完全無視正在面前等待服務的客戶。 這種行為不僅缺乏基本職業素養，也反映出管理上的嚴重鬆散。 更令人擔憂的是， 在涉及財務處理時， 工作人員竟未認真核對客戶的銀行付款資訊， 並且更惡劣的是竟然擅自將我要求的付款日期提前半個月！ 對於一家提供會計與財務服務的機構來說， 這種基礎性失誤已經不只是“服務態度問題”， 而是涉及專業能力與風險控的問題。 另外， 這家事務所在過去幾年中持續提高收費， 但服務品質和專業性卻在明顯下降！ 從目前的服務表現來看，價格與實際提供的價值已經嚴重不符！ 建議管理階層認真檢視員工培訓與內部管理問題， 否則這樣的服務體驗只會持續影響顧客信任！ 不會再考慮使用該機構的服務，也不建議對服務品質有基本要求的客戶選擇這裡！！！
