I do not recommend doing business with this company I ordered a new, quoted part. Part was received in a used and damaged condition. Part was returned. The parts department refuses to acknowledge the quote error and accept this part for credit. The company refuses to acknowledge the error and will not issue a credit/refund. The loss of $5k and corresponding delay in service to my customer has negatively impacted my business. So, it is reasonable to expect that Hwacheon will treat other customers in this same fashion.
