The level of support my company has received from Tom is unprecedented. When local companies told me my Varian 959 was obsolete and I needed a brand new 30K unit, Tom personally visited our site out of state and got us up and running in only a few hours. Send our ASM 142 helium leak detector for repair. After we refused the $7K estimate. The unit came back to us in pieces. Loose screws inside the unit and a loose PC board. Causing our power supply board to burn. "Look for another repair shop."
We have worked with this company for nearly 20 years....always very helpful and friendly. The owner, Tom, is a great person to work with; very knowledgeable is regards to all things vacuum!!
