The guy said he would be out the next day and the part was instock, the following day i tried to call and was told the part wasnt in stock agreed a price of 220 paid a deposit of 115 then was told the price of the part was more expencive so would cost me 389 so i called around and sorced the part my self, kept calling the mobile and some woman answered saying he was unavailable, absolute shit show,

Couldn’t recommend more.. I drive a Fiat 500 semi automatic, which are known to be problematic at best. Driving from chesterfield, Derbyshire to the isle of wright it broke down 45 minutes from the ferry port. Within’ literally 10 minutes of phoning, HVR were on scene. Not only did he go through rigorous diagnostics to ensure I didn’t end up buying parts I didn’t need, we were towed to euro parts, getting parts and actually fixing the problem took maybe 35 minutes, once back on our way, we received a text asking if we had ma... read more

So, so disappointed. Spoke to someone on the Friday 5th may. They agreed to remap on the 8th may even though a bank holiday. Answered all my questions and so far so good. Monday comes and nothing. I call and the phone is answered by what I can only describe as someone sounding like a guy with a hangover and just said "yeah, what" eventually, he said I spoke to Ethan and that he would get him to call me.
