I was unaware of Mortgage Brokers and used to dealing with a Bank. After more than 3 full months my bank sill had not done anything for me at all. Shane Hussain and his eam got me a mortgage in less than a month and restored my faith I was not just a number and there still are some places that deal in Customer Service as banks we are just a number and no more personal service.
