Called to get a telehealth visit about dieting, was 1st told no bc of insurance, I called insurance and they lied about that. Than it was bc of office policy, which is ridiculous, just say you want more money.. I work 5A-5P M-F, no other way other than telehealth with getting points at work. So what do working people do?? Not receive care??
