Absolutely terrible. The receptionist is extremely rude every time I come in, and communication is terrible.
TLDR: Waited 4 months for appointment, took time off work for appointment. Didn't communicate with office in 4 months between intial contact and appointment, office cancelled appointment after 15 minutes because I did not have new patient forms. They did not send/distribute new patient forms until my appointment today. Don't waste your time. In June, I scheduled an appointment; four months out, but that seemed to be industry standard these days. Since 6/26/25, I have not heard from Heritage Valley Monaca. No calls, no emails... read more
