TLDR: Waited 4 months for appointment, took time off work for appointment. Didn't communicate with office in 4 months between intial contact and appointment, office cancelled appointment after 15 minutes because I did not have new patient forms. They did not send/distribute new patient forms until my appointment today. Don't waste your time. In June, I scheduled an appointment; four months out, but that seemed to be industry standard these days. Since 6/26/25, I have not heard from Heritage Valley Monaca. Don’t even bother coming here, unless you want to be talked to like a dog. I did not have my forms completed, totally my fault, instead of informing me about the policy, Andrea decided to take it upon herself to keep muttering, “that’s bad. yikes. this should have been done. this is not good. not good at all.” Repeating all of these things several times over.
