Staff is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Specifically Lauren O'Keefe the Nurse Practitioner and Dr. Justine Kostrub. Instead of doing their jobs and looking into finding a cause/solution for patient issues, they both think it’s a good idea to throw medication at patients without even knowing what’s actually going on. Their attitude was horrible and they treat patients concerns like a joke. Such a lazy and extremely unprofessional facility and staff.
