Yes it is through home warranty and they did fix them well even came back the second time to make sure it is fixed properly and not lacking anything. Sparta is one honest and reliable technician who I will highly recommend to anyone. This is the second time I have needed his help, the last time was over two years ago. He came as scheduled worked quickly and his fee was quite reasonable.
Spartak and HVAC Appliances are true professionals. They were very honest, forthcoming, and trustworthy. I was able to leave them unattended in my home while they replaced my A/C system. They masked everything off and setup containment's in multiple areas to reduce the amount of dirt and debris that would spread. They completed a three day job in a day and half and left everything looking perfect. My 17 month old daughter now has ice cold A/C to keep her cool at nights.
