Do NOT recommend this company. My home warranty company assigned them to repair my A/C. They came out once, attempted a fix, and the issue was not resolved. Since then, I have been trying to get them to return, but they continuously reschedule my appointment because other customers are supposedly a higher priority. I have now been waiting a week without a working resolution while temperatures where I live exceed 100 degrees. Do not use this company! They were appointed by my insurance company to take care of my air conditioner that just stopped working. The good news is that they came on the same day, since the temperature outside was 109 degrees!! And that's the end of the good news! The technician asked the date of the last maintenance, and since I didn't know, he INSISTED I needed a 'maintenance' before he would even work on the aircon! AND he insisted I had to pay for all of the new refrigerant, despite the fact that my insurance covers the ... read more
Joseph came today to repair my heater today and was great. He came in, quickly identified the issue, went and bought the parts and we are back up and running. He was professional, polite and kind, and also let me know that I needed cleaning which he did a beautiful job. Highly recommend and will use them again.

He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was completed perfectly. The whole process was smooth, and the service exceeded my expectations.
