Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I'll be a customer for life.
So frustrating. Had a scheduled appt today and the company didn’t answer the phone when the technician called so he left and they don’t have enough resources to get someone back out. The next appointment is 3 days later. Said they would follow up with updates but no one did. I had to call twice to get any answers and there were no satisfactory answers. Just bought an extra 100 dollars worth of space heaters because of this delay. Would not use them if my insurance didn’t require.
Very happy with the service, Paul was quick to respond, price was affordable and the work was amazing. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
They have done several jobs for my family in the past. One job was a repair, the other was an installation. Both jobs were done well and this company is reliable.
