Victor is honorable and professional. I had an issue with a fan for an AC unit not working at a rental property. After quoting me the price for a new fan, Victor started the job and realized that there was a damaged wire leading to the fan. Instead of charging me for the fan, he saved me a significant amount of money by repairing the damaged wire instead of charging me for a new fan. I truly appreciate his honesty as there was no way I would have known that a new fan was not necessary if he didn’t tell me.
I am very pleased with the complete process that HVAC troopers provided from the quote to the finished job. I was able to get a quick quote using photos and explaining on the phone what I wanted. My whole experience with Victor and HVAC troopers was outstanding. Victor is honest, knowledgeable, dependable and charges a very fair price for his work. He was immediately able to diagnose the issue with my AC unit and get it fixed the next day. I would highly recommend him if you are in the south Florida area and need any sort of AC work as he is the best you're going to find and you'll be supporting a veteran owned business.
We used HVAC Troopers back in 2023 for the first time. I had lost his card and did not know that we were calling the same person to work on our air conditioning again.
