My friends have told me some great things about this company so i gave it a shot. I have called three times in a row and every time i hear a lady answer the phone and say "hello?" then hangs up immediately after. I thought it was a mistake the first time but she did it two more times to me after that. I got a hold of another friend who can fix furnaces, i cant afford to waste time trying to speak to this woman.
