My friends have told me some great things about this company so i gave it a shot. I have called three times in a row and every time i hear a lady answer the phone and say "hello?" then hangs up immediately after. I thought it was a mistake the first time but she did it two more times to me after that. I got a hold of another friend who can fix furnaces, i cant afford to waste time trying to speak to this woman. Nathan Thompson did a job for us and I have to say it was a pleasure to work with him and his team. Nathan followed up with me on a daily basis and made sure I was satisfied with all the work being done. He would Inform me each step of the way on the job they were doing and update me on the progress. If I had any concerns, I reached out to him and he contacted me almost immediately.His customer service is outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone to do a job.
Nathan and Fred were absolutely fantastic and very polite. I placed a ticket with my rental company at 6:30, Fred was here by 9:30 to help! They spent the day here getting our pipes unfrozen and working with us to make sure we had a solid stream of water before leaving for the night. They’ll be coming back to get our heat tracing in working order once again. Would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs help.
