The staff is always friendly, professional and courtesy. I have had to call twice and both times the arrived within couple of hours and completed the job quickly. EDIT: I would write another review, but google won't let me post more than one. During one of the hotest days of the summer, my air conditioner went out. I was pretty sure I needed a new one.
