HVAC Services of Texas is useless when it come to any services they provide. I had a home built and HVAC Services of Texas put in the AC/Furnace into our home. If it was my choice I wouldn't have chosen them, but the builder did. Anyway, my home was built in 2023 and this July of 2025 my AC went out. I called HVAC Services of Texas since they put in the AC and was able to speak to an afterhours person and left a detail message on what the issue was and my contact info. Called, left message, no one has ever called me back. They are avoiding me because they don't want to fix the problem.
Our boiler broke down and we needed a new one. The technician came and installed the new boiler very quickly. The service was exceptionally great.
