If I could leave 10 stars I would, Vu and his team went above and beyond on their AC replacement at my house. First of all they were clean and efficient removing my busted 4 ton unit and furnace, replacing with new all in under 3 hours. On top of that they went out of their way to help me with a couple of things I needed around the house while there. They’re true professionals, with great customer service and competitive pricing.
Vu is the absolute best!!! He is very responsive. He does great work, and does it fast. He also has come through in the clutch after hours to do emergency work. He is the only one I use and the only one you should use. As an investor I have tried dozens of other vendors, but now I only use Vu
Vu got the part we needed and fixed our furnace in less than a few hours from calling. I called multiple other HVAC places and none of them said they could get the part or that I would need to replace the entire furnace but Vu fixed it easily. The receptionist was also very helpful and nice and helped us get exactly what we needed as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Vu and will call him first next time I need something.
