We had a great experience with Benny and his team today. They came out to diagnose our HVAC system, and their expertise was obvious from the jump. Benny was incredibly professional, identified the issue quickly, and took the time to explain exactly what went wrong in a way that actually made sense. We’re just waiting on the part now, but I m confident the team will have us back up and running in no time.
The sleeve for our PTAC was old and rusted, causing drafts and noise. HVAC SERVICE NYC recommended a PTAC sleeve replacement and handled everything smoothly. The new sleeve fits perfectly and the PTAC works much better now. You can tell they really understand PTAC systems.
