Home warranty sent out several yrs ago before COVID and was deemed needed a new furnace which we replaced along with AC and we where supposed to have a service contract for the first 5 yrs I believe which guess what was never honored. I myself called to no avail as well as my grandmother the other home owner that does not live in state and nothing was done to set anything up. 2022: My HSA has no other providers for heating and cooling in my area other than them. This fact combined with the consistent level of service provided by Hvac, I've cancelled my service contract with Onlinehsa and will shop for a new warranty company and take my chances. UPDATE 5/30/2025: I ended up never bothering with another home warranty company and for my heating/cooling needs I've gone with Love Heating and Cooling here in New Castle.

This company is the worst of the worst. Came out from my home warranty company. If you want to debate me, dear owner of the company, go for it as I'll report you to as many officials as possible after what your people did to me as well as post the video. Double dog dare you . Please go for it.

If your home warranty company pairs you up with this company ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR COMPANY, Demand your home warranty company to send your claim to a more reputable company, Just read their reviews they speak for themselves. Enough said.
