2022: My HSA has no other providers for heating and cooling in my area other than them. This fact combined with the consistent level of service provided by Hvac, I've cancelled my service contract with Onlinehsa and will shop for a new warranty company and take my chances. UPDATE 5/30/2025: I ended up never bothering with another home warranty company and for my heating/cooling needs I've gone with Love Heating and Cooling here in New Castle.
This company is the worst of the worst. Came out from my home warranty company. If you want to debate me, dear owner of the company, go for it as I'll report you to as many officials as possible after what your people did to me as well as post the video. Double dog dare you . Please go for it.

Had a service request through our home warranty when our AC was not working. Was supposed to get a call within 24 hours, it was beyond that and us leaving a voicemail and when they finally called, the girl said she would try to find some time to get us on the schedule and never called back despite us saying our home was at 90 degrees due to the heat.
