I had an excellent experience with this HVAC technician. Their knowledge of the system was very impressive, and they quickly identified the issue. I really appreciated how fast they responded to my emergency call they arrived promptly and had the cooling restored in no time.
My AC failed just a few weeks after their service, and they refused to honor the warranty, blaming “wear and tear.”
Calls went unanswered for days, and when someone finally picked up, they had no idea about my appointment.
The quote they gave me over the phone doubled by the time I got the invoice. Extra charges were never explained.
Scheduled a repair, and the technician showed up nearly three hours late with no notice. Totally unprofessional.
