He took his time explaining and showing each step he took, asked questions to better understand the issue, was professional and timely every time. Awesome experience dealing with Sam and his crew. I had a furnace that was neglected by previous owners and took me a couple years to finally replace but he did a great job replacing it along with cleaning all sorts of nasty build up in the ductwork/ chimney.
