Mathew returned my phone call about a problem I was having with my A/C. After I sent him pictures, it turns out the model air conditioner I have is not one that he works on. Nevertheless, he spent over half an hour on the phone, helping me to find the right people for resolving the problem. My only sadness is that he won’t be my A/C guy, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
