Worst contractors, i have come across in my life. Charged us over 2k and still didn’t fix the AC. Never provided invoice initially and then send us an invoice much lower than initially quoted.

We hired hvac HEROES to fix ac on Sep 10th, they quoted us $1100 for a motor and charged us $2104 for the repair. We paid the invoice, but the issue was never fixed. Since they refused to come out until 5 days later we disputed the charge. We also had to hire and pay another contractor who said the part they changed wasn’t even faulty, he fixed that right away. I do not often fill out a review, but I was so impressed by HVAC heroes from start to finish They certainly deserve every five star review they get. They answered my phone call and communicated every step until the tech showed up at my house that afternoon. Customer service, doing a good job and doing what is right is how they model their business …. If you need HVAC support you should absolutely give them a call!!
