First of all they were 2 hours late for the scheduled appointment without a phone call. Their advertising is very misleading at best, certainly with NO guaranteed customer satisfaction. They overcharged for number of ducts allegedly cleaned. Their humidifier filter had a huge mark up. I was told they cost $50.00 to purchase. I agreed to paying $69.00. thinking that was a reasonable profit for them . Amazon however sells 5 of them for $30.00! They wanted to do a furnace service for additional money.
