I recently had air‑duct cleaning done at my home. I was charged directly, and my contractor was also charged for the same service. I have contacted the company for clarification and a refund of the duplicate charge but have not received a response yet. Sharing this so others are aware and can double‑check their invoices.

Warning to homeowners — please be careful before hiring this duct cleaning company. Based on our experience today, the service was extremely unprofessional and misleading. The technicians arrived with basic equipment, rushed through the work in approximately 30 minutes, and failed to properly clean key parts of the ventilation system, including vents and internal fan areas. First of all they were 2 hours late for the scheduled appointment without a phone call. Their advertising is very misleading  at best, certainly with NO guaranteed customer satisfaction. They overcharged for number of ducts allegedly cleaned. Their humidifier filter had a huge mark up. I was told they cost $50.00 to purchase.  I agreed to paying $69.00. thinking that was a reasonable profit for them .  Amazon however sells 5 of them for $30.00!
