I purchased and had delivered a horizontal cased coil. It was later determined it had a factory defect. Upon calling HVAC Distributors Warminster I was told they could not issue me a new one in exchange for the faulty one. I was instructed to purchase a new one and then go online to a website to watch 1.5 hours of videos. And only then could I file a warranty claim. What contractor has that kind of time?
