I would NOT recommend this company. We purchased a Goodman A/C unit and furnace in August of 2020, and had them installed by an experienced technician. The A/C only worked for three summers after failing. The diagnosis was a compressor that went to ground. We have been advised that these units are not inspected nor warranted. So much for trying to save money. We're keeping our fingers crossed with the furnace.
They came and installed a new unit at our house. Upon turning the AC on, it started dripping water, I called the company, and they said it would have some to contact me withing 24hrs, it's almost 4 days, and no one had called me back . I had to turn off the unit because it was making a mess and a bad smell.. I will have to ask them to refund my money and come and get their unit.
If I could give this company a zero star, I would. This is our first time doing business and it might as well be our last. bought 4 mini splits. Went through the check for our business card and address through Mary beth Partington. Then last week we get a call from a lady in Dublin GA - that hvacdirect mistakenly shipped our goods to them but label had our phone number so she called us and was rejecting the order so it could be rerouted to us.
