Stopped out the next day after I called to give me a quote and came the next week to complete the work! Super easy to get ahold of, great work, awesome pricing and pleasant to talk with. Highly recommend!

They did a great job installing a Daikin 18K BTU mini-split with two heads. The crew was professional, worked super fast and had it done in less than a full day. Michael was great to work with on the quote and answering my questions. I highly recommend HVAC Concepts in Rice Lake!

Mike and his crew were amazing to work with in replacing our furnace, improving the air filtration and adding air conditioning to our home. They also added mini splits to our loft and pole shed. Mike was very good at communicating both before, during, and after our project. Small details like how to run the drain line and how to vent the furnace were improved and thoughtfully implemented.
