Jeff and I really enjoyed working with Michael from HVAC Concepts on a recent project through our work at Legacy Crafted Homes. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. Michael was professional, responsive, and easy to collaborate with, and that made a big difference on the project. We appreciated the experience and would be happy to work with him again.

I'm so glad I called Mike. He helped me when no one else would. He is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. He guided me through exactly what I could do myself and then provided repair service that I needed. He is very reasonably priced and I would use him again in a heartbeat. 100% best service and response in the Rice Lake area. Most recently I needed help on weekend and they walked me through a short fix and even stopped out to the house to check. It's uncommon these days to have a company really care about their customers like HVAC Concepts does. If you need anything, from service to a complete new system install like I did, this should be your first call. They came highly recommended by two of my neighbors and will continue to have my business when needed.

I emailed a lot of different companies and they were the only ones to get back to me. They were able to come the next day and were very affective and efficient. So happy to be able to stay warm in my home as the weather starts to chill.
