I contacted HVAC for my annual AC maintenance and I was able to get on their schedule right away. Their tech Gavin M was very professional, friendly and knowledable. He walked me through everything he was doing and provided videos of what he was viewing in my two AC units. The coils of one of the units was very dirty making it difficult to function at 100% and the capicitator of the same unit did not pass inspection. Great service.
The guys who did my install, Eric, Jacob and Marshall were all very nice and respectful of my home. They were all knowledgeable and friendly. They will even send electrician out, to make all connections, in that aspect, up to code, because the old system was done back in 2000. After a/c install, the furnace was not coming on, for some reason. They wasted no time getting someone to come out and check it after they were done. Had our first equipment checkup on our AC unit; furnace checkup soon. Gavin was on time and very professional. The checkup is very thorough and I greatly appreciate the videos they send which shows any issues rather than just taking someone’s word. While our furnace was installed by them our AC was not, even though the AC unit had a few things which needed maintenance Gavin was NOT pushy at all and simply just shared what the issues were and how they should be resolved.
