Manny is old school. This time was not very good while he has done good job for me in the past. Maybe his firm is getting too busy. He did not really take the time to find out the problem (like getting a sniffer to find out where the leak is even after I ask him to do so) and start to make recommendations on expensive replacement options. Always get a second opinions when they told you replacing things... Just wasted few hundred dollars for nothing.

I recently had Manny service my HVAC when my AC went out. He came out the very next morning and quickly my issue. He was responsive, professional, and his rates were reasonable.

Manny was able to get my HVAC fixed within 24 hours despite needing a specialty part. He did it even during a massive heat wave that was causing outages and problems for a lot of people. In addition, he's a nice person; he explains exactly what the problem is and how he'll fix it Definitely recommend him, and appreciate that he's a local business!

They came out for a service call to replace a faulty capacitor on my condenser unit and wanted to replace it with an incorrectly rated part, then argued that it was "within 6%" which it wasn't. When he left, he reconnected the faulty capacitor with the wires in the wrong configuration.

We had them install a new heating and cooling system in our home in East Atlanta. The crew showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. Great pricing, great service, and they left everything spotless. Highly recommend for any HVAC work
