My husband David and I are pleased that our a/c is fixed. Laith Azou, our technician, was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and informative. He was recommended by our neighbour after several failed and frustrated attempts on fixing our central air. It only liked to work in cooler weather but didn't want to work in hot and humid weather (when we needed it most of course)...rather tempermental! But thanks to Laith, it is working! Too bad we didn't call him earlier!

Laith was very professional and efficient at helping replace our blower motor. He highlighted the issues and offered multiple options for short and long term fixes. Even helped ask around and get a fairly priced replacement which he promptly installed the next day. Tested everything and performed maintenance on indoor/outdoor units as well. Highly recommend and very competitively priced.
