My experience with Michelle was frustrating due to unprofessional communication and a pattern of overpromising on things. She repeatedly described the project as “free,” which is misleading. Nothing about this process is actually free. The homeowner is still responsible for the cost, and the rebate simply offsets part of it. Now that I see everyone has had same experience with Michelle, I stopped by about a little over a year ago looking for a split unit. She was going on and on about applying me and my family for a rebate. We ended up installing with this company and Michelle mentioned that she would install an additional unit free of charge. I’m stilling waiting for the unit to this day and was told that if I wanted an extra unit I have to pay for the installation fee. Ridiculous.
I talk to Michelle about hot water system and recommend me a plumber. Plumber came to my house and did not finish the job after I pay him. I am stuck now because Michelle say it is not her company problem and not pick up the phone and cant find the plumber.
